This is the simplest return/refund policy you’ll ever see (especially one written by a lawyer):
If you’re not happy, I’m not happy.
If for ANY reason you want a refund because you’re not happy with your book that you purchased through this website, simply email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days after purchase, tell me that you want your money back, give me your order number, and I’ll refund your order. It’s that simple! I won’t even make you ship back the book – there’s no need to waste shipping costs and effort. Instead, give the book to someone else who might enjoy it.
Firearms may not be returned – all sales are final.
If you are unhappy with the performance of your rifle, contact me immediately at email@example.com. I will work to make you happy. I build my rifles with the absolute best care and to the best quality possible. Please understand, however, that mechanical things are prone to failure. If your rifle is under warranty and we determine that it needs repaired, I will arrange for the rifles return and repair. Upon receipt of your rifle, I will determine whether the needed repair(s) are covered under warranty. If they are, I will make all warrantied repairs and return the rifle to you. If they are not, I will contact you to arrange payment for the repair(s).
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:
Products in like-new condition may be returned for a full refund. If there was an error on my part, I will pay for your return shipping. If there is an issue with the quality or function of your product, I will assist you in working with the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
