Mayday Dashboard

The Mayday dashboard allows organizations to manage alerts, communicate with and see the locations of Mayday Safety app users. Administrative users can access the dashboard from any internet connected device – anywhere in the world.

Direct Communications

The panic alert can be transmitted directly to local law enforcement, a dispatch center, or security operations center (SOC). This allows designated users to be connected directly with 911 or dispatch services following the activation of a Mayday alert. 

Command and Control

The C2 platform integrates site data as well as various systems —such as Floorplans, GIS, cameras, access control, weather, and hardwired alarm systems— paired with mobile devices that create a virtual network to monitor, alert and communicate during an event. 

Communications Connection

With the communications connection Mayday alerts will be transmitted directly to your local Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), dispatch center or security operations center (SOC). This connects alerting users’ phones directly with 911 or dispatch services following the activation of a Mayday alert. ARES Security can provide various methods to route the call to the various call taker locations which ensures the alerting user is immediately connected with the appropriate response personnel. This unique automated process quickly connects users with designated response personnel to reduce time and save lives. Once the alert is activated, the mass notification will be sent out and the user’s mobile device will be called. A backup or emergency phone number can also be added should the alerting user not answer the call. 

Command and Control

The Command and Control (C2) platform assimilates sensor feeds into an intuitive common operating picture and provides actionable information to first responders. The platform is trusted by various industries including public safety, critical infrastructure, education, public venues, and even the U.S. Air Force. The C2 software ingest and displays disparate sensor feeds or systems —such as Floorplans, GIS, cameras, access control, weather, radio, and even alarm systems. By using the C2 integration with the Comprehensive Mayday Solution, organizations can quickly and effectively share critical site data with any internal or external stakeholders including first responders. When a Mayday alert is activated, the alert is fed into the C2 dashboard and any integrated site data is consolidated and shared with partners. This provides a scalable security and safety platform that can be utilized for day-to-day operations and safety.
